Frederick J. Watson, III joined Dunbar Law, P.C. in November, 2007 as an associate. He is a trial lawyer with over twenty years of experience in civil litigation. He concentrates his practice in commercial law , bankruptcy law and civil litigation.
Mr. Watson has represented Chapter 7 Trustees, debtors and creditors before the United States bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts in adversary proceedings, including discharge and fraudulent transfer litigation.
He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Stonehill College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk Law School.
